WHO WE ARE

THE PURPOSE of the MISSOURI STATE COUNCIL is to provide a formal, unified and democratic body, representative of the Chapters of Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc. located in Missouri.  The Council shall represent the interests of its members and member Chapters to all levels of State & Local Government and to the Vietnam Veterans of America, National.  The Council shall, using all appropriate means, enhance the capabilities and activities of the Chapters.  The Council shall, as appropriate, extend its purposes to encompass all veterans.  The term veteran shall be construed to include the Veteran's family.
